Kooks bassist quits band for good



The Kooks accept for good parted shipway with bass part player Grievous bodily harm Rafferty.
Rafferty had antecedently spent several periods away from the mathematical group because of malady, only he has now left the Brighton rock group for good, according to his bandmates.
He testament be replaced by Cat the Dog's bassist Dan Mount Logan on a temp basis.
No grounds for Rafferty's release has been precondition by The Kooks.
A statement from the circle said: "Max Rafferty has parted company with The Kooks - the band volition be continuing with the forthcoming shows. Dan Mount Logan, bassist with topical anaesthetic Brighton band Cat the Dog, will be filling in for the short-term."
The Kooks ar presently preparing for the discharge of their moment album 'Konk' on 14 Apr, which is the followup to their tremendously successful debut 'Inside In/Inside Out'.
